BOSI is a micro-pharmacy franchise program run by Farmacias Similares with initial technical assistance from Mercy Corps Guatemala and the Linked Foundation. BOSI is adapted from the TISA Guatemala model, and works to improve health by expanding access to essential medicines in rural communities through a network of health stores that are owned and operated by community residents, and which sell high quality, generic essential medicines and basic health products.
